The Trailside Lodge in Calumet offers some of the best accommodations in Michigan’s beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula. Conveniently located on U.S. Highway 41—just 15 minutes north of Houghton and Hancock—our lodge is open year-round and puts you close to the area’s most popular attractions, including museums, lighthouses, waterfalls, and scenic landmarks.

The Trailside Lodge is also home to Copper Country Rentals and sits directly on Trail #17, a major snowmobile and ATV route. With on-site rentals of ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles—as well as a full selection of quality gear and apparel—we make it easy to get out and explore the Copper Country in every season.

Our rooms are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with modern amenities, including HDTVs, Wi-Fi, microwaves, mini fridges, and coffee makers to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
